The dimpled Victoria’s Secret beauty sings the praises of Lipton’s Limone (lemon) ice tea — in Japanese.
The 28-year-old Australian beauty, sings sweetly while wearing a super-short waitress dress.
“It’s lemony, isn’t it,” she trills in Japanese. “Delicious!”
VICTORIA’S SECRET ANGELS ON THE RUNWAY
The model’s singing manages to distract the viewer from the mysteriously hooded man who serves her and an old man sitting on a couch who appears to be covered in cake.
The strange Lipton ad also features a gentleman who appears to be wearing cake.
The lingerie model filmed the odd ad in Japan last month.
Miranda Kerr secures coveted modelling deal with Prada and Jil Sander
VICTORIA’S Secret angel Miranda Kerr has secured two of the most coveted advertising campaigns in the modelling world. Kerr will feature in the high-end fashion advertising campaigns for Prada’s and Jil Sander’s autumn/winter 2010/11 collections.
It places her on equal footing with fellow Aussie supermodel Abbey Lee Kershaw, who has landed the advertising campaign for Chanel’s autumn/winter 2010 collection.
Kerr has had a rapid ascent from lingerie model to celebrity supermodel and is now among the fashion world’s elite.
Barely a year ago, Kerr got her first major assignment when she posed for influential photographer Terry Richardson alongside fellow Aussie beauties Kershaw and Catherine McNeil for the 2010 Pirelli calendar.
Then in February, she rejoined McNeil on Prada’s runway for the autumn/winter 2010/11 show before appearing for a second time at Balenciaga’s Paris Week show, this time modelling in its autumn/winter 2010/11 show.

“I think she’s a very good little businesswoman,” said Edwina McCann, Australian Harper’s Bazaar editor.
“That in itself is incredible because she was the classic kind of Victoria’s Secret girl, more into the lingerie/swimwear category than the high-end runway category.”
Kerr, 27, found international celebrity through her relationship with Hollywood hunk Orlando Bloom, her multi-million-dollar contract as a Victoria’s Secret angel, and as a regular GQ cover girl.
“I think people like Miranda are very good for fashion overall and I like the fact that models can become brands, because in a lot of ways it’s more appropriate I think than celebrities,” Ms McCann said.
This month alone we’ve seen Miranda Kerr in ELLE and on the covers of GQ and i-D. Want the scoop on the next place you might find the ever-gorgeous model?! It’s pretty major…
Modelinia caught up with Miranda at the Victoria’s Secret store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago, where she was promoting the Miraculous line of bras from Victoria’s Secret. Though she’s kept busy with her work with VS, her high fashion jobs, her adorable relationship with Orlando Bloom, and writing a book, she indicated that we’ve barely seen the jist of what 2010 looks like through Miranda adorable doe eyes. “It’s nice to have variety in my work,” she said. “I don’t ever want to feel pigeon-holed. I still have more coming out this year – a Jil Sander campaign, Vogue.” New campaign? And did she just say Vogue?! Miranda didn’t reveal which edition of Vogue, but fingers crossed that Anna Wintour snagged her as a future covergirl! Will the magazine industry keep up its revival of models on their covers? We’ve seen Gisele Bündchen on Vogue in April, and Crystal Renn, Alessandra Ambrosio and Brooklyn Decker on the cover of Glamour’s June issue, a trio of models on the summer issue of i-D, including Miranda, and a slew of Victoria’s Secret girls on covers including Alessandra on the July 2010 cover of Vogue Nippon; and Doutzen Kroes on Vogue Russia’s June 2010 issue.
While we wait for a potential issue of Vogue including Miranda to arrive, here are some new details on her book, Treasure Yourself, which is set for a release later this year. Miranda says she had the idea to write a book about three years ago, when she began writing in her free time as a means to get in touch with herself. ”Getting beyond my insecurities was a slow progression of acceptance,” said Miranda. “I realized that I had to quit comparing myself to others. I decided that I had to be me. If you like me, great. If you don’t, cool.”
When working on the book, Miranda says she thought of female beauty like that of flowers. “It sounds obvious but you can’t compare women because they’re all different. But the one thing women do have in common is we’re all beautiful,” said Miranda. “Of course, we all have insecurities. But my hope is that teenage girls can read my book and learn, like I did, to be grateful for yourself and enjoy life.”

>> Miranda Kerr Continues High Fashion Crossover with i-D Cover—She’s headlining the upcoming Fall 2010 Prada campaign, and now she’s scored one of three Summer 2010 i-Dcovers — the other two featuring Jeneil Williams and Gisele Bundchen. Miranda Kerr continues the path paved by Bundchen and Adriana Lima before her, trading in solely Victoria’s Secret fare to embark on more high fashion endeavors. Just last night, The Imagist wrote of Kerr: “She’s much more than a VS thing now kids…Miss Kerr is looking like THE blue chip campaign queen of FW 10.” He also hinted: “If I were the editor of a major cutting edge fashion glossy I would be clearing space for my Miranda Kerr cover right this minute. But hang on …if TI is thinking it, it probably means Miss Kerr is probably already a cover star of something furiously glossy.”
Victoria’s Secret just released its highly anticipated What Is Sexy? List. The 2010 list (aka the Bombshell Edition) celebrates the sexiest Bombshells in Hollywood and beyond. And, for the first time ever, the public got to weigh in, as Victoria’s Secret Facebook fans picked the winner of the “Sexiest Up-&-Coming Bombshell” category. To fete the list’s fifth annual installment, Supermodels Miranda Kerr, Doutzen Kroes, Candice Swanepoel and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley will host an exclusive VIP party at LA’s suitably-sexy hotspot, Drai’s at W Hollywood.
