There is currently discussion that Miranda is up for a role in the upcoming Transformers movie. It’s only speculation so I would take it with a grain of salt!
The front runner is Gemma Arterton, the lead actress from the upcoming 2010 film, Prince of Persia. She was also one of James Bond’s squeezes in Quantum of Solice. Arterton is followed by Bar Rafaeli,Miranda Kerr and Brooklyn Decker as possible replacements.
Among the glorious winged creatures that walk down the runway for Victoria’s Secret, none is more lovely than the Aussie Miranda Kerr. Or more dangerous. Just ask the poor sap who almost got fired for looking at online pictures of her at work

You might recognize her from her work with the lacy underwear Xanadu Victoria’s Secret or know her as the girlfriend of the actor Orlando Bloom. But Kerr is most famous for almost getting someone fired. Not long ago, a young banker at a Sydney, Australia, investment house received an e-mail with a series of photosāfrom a previous issue of this very magazineāof a certain supermodel in states of glorious undress. The problem was that one of the banker’s colleagues was being interviewed on live TV in their office at the time, talking about interest rates, while the poor banker in the background clicked through the photos. Four million YouTube hits later and the busted broker had become a phenomenonānot just because the video was funny, though Lord knows it was, but because men everywhere could relate. How can you operate a computer in 2010 and not eventually wind up looking at naked photos of Miranda Kerr?
“It was aĀ huge deal,” Kerr toldĀ GQ recently over tea in New York City. “I wasn’t offended. I just feltĀ sorry for the poor guy.”
Welcome to the twenty-first-century minefield of sex and the workplace, in which an ill-considered e-mail attachment can blow up into an interoffice scandalāor in Kerr’s case, a global incident. Men have always been getting themselves into these kinds of predicaments, but modern lifeāwith its changing attitudes about sex, its new technology, its Miranda Kerrsāhas widened the gray areas. At the same time, the stuff that’s always tormented the workingman hasn’t gotten any easier. When men and women work together, how do they handle the inevitable attraction? Does harassment really come down to who holds the power? Should we just permanently turn off this computer and quietly hum Bible hymns?
Posing near naked for a living can give you a certain perspective on such things. Kerr considers the scandalized Aussie banker with whom she’ll be forever intertwined. “I wonder if he’ll get into trouble if we send him this cover,” she asks. “We should send him a signed cover! He can read the magazine at home instead of at work on the Internet.” A brilliant idea.
Want Miranda Kerr to take you lingerie shopping? We’ll fly 1 lucky winner to New York City, put you up at a swank downtown hotel, and give you $1,000 to spend at Victoria’s Secret-where you’ll meet up with Miranda Kerr, who will be your own private shopping advisor for the day.
Miranda Kerr gave us a peek at her personal style at Victoria’s Secret 5th Annual “What is Sexy?” List: Bombshell Edition at new Los Angeles hotspot, Drai’s.
WHAT SHE’S STYLIN’: I’m wearing a Roberto Cavalli dress. I definitely like to wear clothes that aren’t too restrictiveāeven this dress has a bit of movement in it.
FASHION PHILOSOPHY: It depends on where I’m going, but on a day-to-day basis, I like free-flowing dresses. I like something that’s easy to get on and off because I need to be undressing for work all the time. Also, for flying on the airplane, it needs to be comfortable.
SEXY DEFINED: Sexiness is being in the moment and embracing yourself for the unique person you are. Every woman and every man is gorgeous in their own way. You have to be like, “This is me, and I accept who I am!”
IN HER PURSE: I always have Victoria’s Secret bronzer and KORA Rosehip Oil from my skincare line in my bag. The oil is good to remove makeup and to moisturize and rehydrate the skin. It’s one of my fave products ever.
HEALTHY ROOTS: Regardless of whether I was doing this job or not, I would be taking care of my body, because it’s something I’ve always believed in from a young age. Growing up in a country town, we would have organic vegetables that my grandparents would make, and I’ve been practicing yoga for about twelve years.
FOOD WISE: One of my favorite snacks is almond butter with a Fuji apple. It’s all about eating healthfully and making good choices, because it’s not about what it’s going to do to your body on the weight level, but how it’s going to make you feel. If you’ve got the right fuel in your body you can perform at your optimum.
Victoria’s Secret is celebrating reaching 3 million fans on Facebook by giving away free panties and a free download of Katy Perry’s I Kissed a Girl (Remix) for international fans.

āSNOG is a charitable organization, which aims to improve the management of brain tumors through targeted research, information and constant scrutiny of treatment options. The group supports the efforts of a multidisciplinary team of Doctors including Neurosurgeons, Oncologists and Pathologists.Ā SNOG is co-ordinating research into various radiation and drug protocols used in advance treatments of malignant tumors. The Group is involved in research projects that span the epidemiology, diagnostic images, surgical approached, tumor biology and drug trials.
